The Unió de Botiguers de Gavà (UBG), is an association of merchants, which together with the Illa de Gavà association, have created the “A Gavà guanyes” loyalty card to retain local customers.
The project has been the realization of a marketing strategy, to promote the association’s social networks, specifically the Facebook profile. During the project, weekly content was created for the profile to achieve interaction with users and inform them of the latest UBG news.
